10.46am, MZZ ping to pickup husband at Austin Heights Golf & Hotel resort to Jln Setia 9/17 Taman Setia Indah. Later we talked and talked about his repaired Honda Stream. The Singaporean man also storied moried about his experience buying local house in cash but the federal government not approving the buying. Now they (foreigner) can only buy house of rm500k and above. His business of dentures “gigi palsu” also not doing well due to manpower issue.

Drove to Petronas Larkin and BHP Jln Tampoi.

12.39pm, EWN a Malay family of 5 pax at Pangsapuri Dwi Alif going to nearby Kilang Bateri which is 900meter away only.

12.53pm, FRH 2 girls and 4 boys students at Larkin Sentral main entrance sending to far far away MRSM Pasir Gudang which is located behind my house. This is my last Uber job in JB.

Dear diary, today I only completed 4 Uber trips in Johor Bahru after so many months not driving it. Next week there will be no more Uber, so I told some of them to take Mycar or Jomrides apps. Since I cannot drive Grab JB and never drove it, so this is my last day of e-hailing driving experience in this small city. Thank you, terimakasih, to all my Uber riders in JB.

9.48am, DNL a Matsalleh couple at Fahrenheit 88 Bukit Bintang going to Yut Kee Restaurant Jln Kamunting which Waze brought to the narrow street which I cannot drive to. They agreed to walk from the roadside.

10.50am, LOU a meksalleh with baby and a maid and a stroller at Capsquare condo to Avenue K.

10.28am, SND an India group, 2 elder men, 2 young men and a young girl at Bangunan MMA Jln Pahang going to Sri Sakhti Easwari Temple Sungai Way. I asked the girl who sat next to me to wear the safety belt but she seemed uneasy to it. Why many beautiful girls dont like to wear seat belt?

9.59am, CLS 6 pinoys with 3 small luggages and backpacks at Holiday Place Ampang to TBS. They are going to Melaka by bus which is rm11 per pax. I couldn’t offer sending them there since the bus fare is already cheaper.

Run errands to Sri Jelatek Wangsa Maju to “potong” my bedroom 2 mosaics.

2.03pm, PRI 3 adults 3 kids India at Putra Majestik condom sending to KL Bird Park. After dropoff, I felt thirsty and bought the most expensive RM4.90 Pepsi canned drink at the cafe. Normal Pepsi price is rm2.50 only. OTL

2.45pm, ABA an Arab family at Taman Botani Perdana to Suria KLCC.

3.22pm, AYU an Indon family lead by a lady with a baby at nearby Grand Millenium hotel to KLIA2. The baby she was holding was sleeping and I insisted her to wear the safety belt which wtapped it together with the baby and later I asked to properly rewear the belt which she did. But later also the baby syarted to wake up and his feet many times kicking the gear knob. Aiyah. Then the baby started to cry but after a while he calm down as the mom turned on her phone playing chold song Cicak cicak on youtube. The boy who is one year six month old can speak and reapond to her.

“Membangau” at Landside for 2 hours. Today queue seems so fast for Uber XL. No need to "pachak".

6.31pm got ping from ARM at KLIA and got instant message from him wanted to go to Cyberjaya. I replied “sorry “. He seemed upset , “common lah, what happened to Uber now? This is my 4th times being rejected!” Before I managed to type "go find limo airport lah you cheapskate!" then he cancelled. Panda lela lah.

6.35pm, FAI a Malay elder couple at KLIA2 going to Jln Cecawi 6/28 Kota Damansara. At the arrival, the couple with an airport porter helping them with 3 baggages. Then I saw her huaband gave him a tip which was rejected by the porter, “encik, you need to pay rm30 the porter charge, this is the receipt.” I saw the man’s face turned red bcoz of the surprised attacked. Later inside the cab, the couple complained about the porter service, “ we just came back from Bandung and their porter service is gratis free!” They just came back from visiting their son who is studying as a dentist in Bandung.

8.20am, MTU a French guy alone at KLIA1 door 4 to Fuseline Electric & Engineering Glenmarie Shah Alam. Yay! This is not “pachak”!

9.56am, FTR cewek Indon from Medan, 4 pax instead of 6 ceweks to Embassy Indon Jln Run Razak

Break at Masjid Wangsa Maju as my plan to meet the mosaic cutter was not successful.

12.18pm, DNY at main entrance TARC. They were 7 pax which I allowed to Sushi Mentai Jln Genting Klang.

6.41pm, ABL an India Muslim family at Suria KLCC when I was out of the Petronas tower already with bad bad traffic jam. They were waiting at the Philharmonic Hall entrance. I sent them to Royale Chulan hotel with one of the boys holding the finish corn cob and I offered him my trash plastic bag. He jokingly tried to compare the cob with the petronas tower shape. The rate was 1.3x only.

He is driving Uber now as his Grabcar account has been deactivated and banned permanently. He condemned Grab all the way to home. The wife said they just bought the new Vellfire and now in the process of exchange the plat number to their Persona car.

4.11pm, just after drop SHR family, I got ping from HNF and his uncle and auntie and relative (total 5 pax) at nearby Flat Sri Labuan Block 2. They are going to Langkawi tonight. I sent them to KLIA2.

Since I already overshoot the hotel entrance, I messaged her whether she can just walk away to the roadside. She says, "no, you come to the hotel lobby!" Charcheebye lah. To drive to the hotel lobby I need to drive one more around the Pavilion that will take another 6 minutes. After much thinking and risking, so I decided to "gostan" (reverse) cik Jnulekasnova to the hotel lobby! OTL.. This Japanese lady boss and her colleague from Hong Kong (I reckon) talked and talked about their banking seminar and experiences. I sent them to Wisma Cosway (now Standard Chartered bank) at TPM.

8.39am, GFR an Arab family ping me from Central Residence Sg Besi wanted to go to Sunway Pyramid. The pickup distance was quite far and will take 21 minutes to reach, so I messaged him. 12 min too long for him to reply, "no!" By that time, I was 7 minutes away from the hotel. And when I reached the lobby, I saw them waiting for other Grab driver, maybe. But the grab apps still showing their booking is still alive. Without further a due, I cancelled the apps infront of them.

I met ADN a Grab only driver for the third time. He liked to tak and talk. Today he mentioned that now he needs to babysit his baby at home while his second marriage wife is working. “Unlike his ex wife ( with 3 grown up children), “ he said, “this new wife is much better in term of financial support. Even she aupported him on buying new ngv tank on his exora.”

The French lady on my left hand side put one of her leg on her front seat. Everytime I looked at the left side mirror always thinking kissing her pink pussy. Kannina. I just kept quite, but later I wrote a report to Grab about the rude behaviour. They just came back from Langkawi and no small change. Aiyah.

HOW TO REGISTER UBER GRABCAR DRIVER IN MELAKA

After more than 5 days not driving Uber and Grabcar, I was about to start the apps again this morning. But unexpectedly, there was an urgent run errands matter need to be delivered to Melaka.

In Melaka, I was trying to register Uber and Grabcar. But I reckon there is no Uber or Grabcar office in Melaka. And this is my experience and adventure in registering Uber and Grabcar in Melaka.

After sending whatsapp messages all over the groups, finally I got contact on Grabcar alpha brother. He asked me to send pre-approval info first, which I did.

1. Name as in IC
2. Age (50 years above must do medical checkup)
3. Have registered previously on other location? (He will process for first time driver and those got unfinished process)
4. Full Malaysia driving license
5. Residence address (area, no need full address)
6. Type of car? (Viva, kancil, satria, kelisa are not qualified)
7. Car plat no.
8. Car manufacture year
9. Is your name inside the insurance cover note? (no matter, owner, 2nd driver, as long as your name is shown. If not please ask your insurance company to add it)
10. Grabcar area to operate (Melaka/ Lembah Klang/ N9)

After send him the above info on myself, he instantly said that he do for the first time driver registration only. But he would submit my application to his other friend and he said that I need to do a medical checkup. So I asked him to hold my Grabcar application.

For an Uber application, I found the contact person in facebook searching. Auntie Uber (not her real name) asked me to fillup application information:

4. Hp model
5. Car plat no.
6. Car color
7. Car model
8. Car Year
9. Insurance expired date
10. City

But this one guy who sat behind suddenly turned up his "kiyai ceramah" loudly. So I switched off my radio. But minutes later, he switched of his music also. Good lah.

8.20pm, NSR 2 arab family with a baby of their own at M-Suites going to iCity Shah Alam. It was a heavy downpour.

8.00am stopped at PICC bridge and couldn’t start cik jnulekasnova engine. Demm. I called bateriku.com but their service is poor and late. I couldn’t wait and called an Uber driver (rm5) to restart. Then I deove straight to Dengkil cowboy town but all the workshop were still closed and n the morning.

8.58am, NRL at UiTM Dengkil going to Kelab Tasik Putrajaya. 5 pax of Malay girl students.

9.44am, WNY at Mesjid Besi sending to far far away Taylors University. 5 univ students of mix Penang Sarawak chinese indians.

She asked me, “what is the aim of your camera?” I told her that it’s for my security and safety. 12.04pm, FAY at G Tower. I messaged her due to traffic jam there will be late. Instantly she cancelled while I was about 7 minutes away. Bugima lah.

12.20pm, MHD 5 Malay executives with a lady at Menara Bank Islam Jln Perak going to Tugu Negara Cafe. He placed the wrong destination. These bankers like to talk and talk too, asking about cik Jnulekasnova and how many kids do I have right now. Note: there is no water supply at Tugu Negara toilet.

1.15pm, HRQ also located the wrong pickup point at Perdana Botanic Gardens and later they wanted to go to Suria KLCC not the pasar seni.

1.59pm, CHL 5 Chinese executives at the opposite Furama hotel Jln Changkat Thambi Dollah Pudu sending to The Icon.

Note: there is no water supply also at Shell Jln Damai, so I went to Masjid Jln Damai.

4.19pm, SMS ping and messaged me to pickup her mom at Gleneagles hospital Jln Ampang sending to far far away Taman Bidara Batu Caves (Selayang). When arrived the lady was stunned when to see the high fare of rm45 instead of rm41 which she was told before. She tried to bargain but I insisted to rm45 fare since I am just "carik makan mah."

5.05pm, RZK an Indon ping with long trip 40+ min and surge rate 1.6x. I accepted but when I called he sounded furious bcoz I asked him where they are going to. Instantly also he cancelled the trip. Kontol la wak.

5.50pm, SLV at Jln Raja Laut going to Corona Inn hotel Jln Tong Shin Pudu. The Pekanbaru family liked to talk but not much.

6.31pm, MDJ a Bangla at Lorong Meranti ping me to deliver 6 bundle of clothings to TBS. At first after they put in the first 3 bundles and wanted to add the remaining bundles, he tried to bargain for extra rm10, but I insisted an extra rm20 would do. So I delivered all 6 bundles with him.

Woke up very very early today at 4.45am, and by 5.15am yours truly already hit the road and set My Destination (Grab 6 seater) to KLIA, and waited for 3 hours driving around Jalan Ampang, Jalan Damai to Pavilion, and KLCC. But still no KLIA hits. OTL

Then at 8.00am, I decided to sacrifice one of the "pachak" Samsung phone and started to complete the Quest for Uber.

8.07am, HRI an India expat man alone at the Element hotel Jln Binjai. I sent him to Menara Celcom. The surge was 1.7x.

8.32am, b2b KVN a Scottish matsalleh guy alone at the Face Suites going to G Tower. The surge was 1.5x.

9.14am, VRJ an India man at Micasa all suites hotel to Suria KLCC. He asked me whether he must wear the seat belt. I said, it's up to you, but if I got fined for rm300 who's going to pay? They he wore the belt instantly and said, "that's why I asked you already."

10.09am, JFF the same Indon family as yesterday at Sentrio Pandan. He changed the hotel to Intercontinental hotel bcoz the water issue.

10.32am, NGC 4 Vietnam (3 young guys and a girl) at Suria KLCC Louis Vutton entrance going to Batu Caves. When hopped in, they suddenly asking me question about my cik Jnulekasnova, the name of the cab and the price when I bought her. When I said they are Vietnamese, they looks surprised. I guessed it from the name "Ngoc" likes "Nguyen" they said. Later at dropped off location inside the Batu Caves, I said "cảm ơn" to them and they looks happy. They also knew how to say "terima kasih".

There was a ping from nearby Baiduri Court. The lady messaged me asking whether I could take 7 people inside my cab. I said they must add rm10 more and as expected she cancelled the booking. I dont regret it. Seconds later, she ping again, but knowing it's her request again, I just ignored it.

12.57 a young lady alone at Taman Koperasi Polis going to NU Sentral. Later when I asked her why she booked on UberXL and she replied, "I didn't know really!" The fare was quite big but she paid me anyway.

Today I took a break early and called it a day. And today, I was frustrated not to get any KLIA job even I set destination on Grab already since early morning.

7.31am, RZA at Chancellor condom. I arrived and waited 7 minutes and tried to call him but cannot reach him. When I was about to move out with the narrow street suddenly he knocked on my window. He said his apps telling him that I am still 1 minute away. Aiyah. I sent the Afghan family to UNHCR Bukit Petaling.

8.25am, ZLN 5 pax of Sarawak Malay executives at Melia hotel to PNB Perdana hotel.

8.44am, ZMC 4 India adults and a baby at the Forum condom going to TBS. He got rm20 promo for the ride. Demm.

9.43am, JFF with wife and mom and 2 kids at Sentrio Pandan to Kl Sentral. They are going to Genting. I should follow Waze by driving around Bulatan Pandan, but instead I use Jln Sultan Ismail which was jam packed. He questioned me about the decision. Lajiao la.

10.30am, WNJ a China pax at the Face Suites going to Petaling Street.

11.35am, JSH 7 people rushing to my cab at Bangsar Service Centre Bangsar South. Quickly I get out from the driver seat and said no to them unless they pay extra rm10 for additional person (hi kay ;) ) At first they wanted to order another cab, but later they agree to pay me extra. I sent them to luxury Le Meredien hotel KL Sentral.

12.12pm, ANE 5 pax of Sabahan at KTM old station going to Silka Maytower hotel Masjid India. Later she wanted my cell number for theor tomorrow flight back to KK. Bit I told them I dont want to promise and better they book Uber instantly.


12.40pm, IDE 6 pax of Sabah family at the wrong pickup location of park Plaza hotel opposite Cosmopoint college. After shouting, running around and chasing my cab, finally they got me. I sent them to far far away Unitar Kelana Jaya.

2.16pm, STY 6 pax of Malay office staff ladies at Midvalley going to TM Annexe. The lady who sat next to me is 7 months pregnant.

2.31pm, DNE another 6 pax Malay workers at Bangsar South sending to Menara TM.

3.06pm, ASM ping me at Faculty of Arts and Social Science. It’s a long route I took and when I arrived then suddenly she cancelled. Charcheebye la.

3.28pm, TNV an Indian local young guy at Jln Limau Nipis Bangsar going to Damansara City.

4.09pm, this bugger FZL at Platinum Sentral. When arrived and waited for 7 minutes. I called and he said he would come out soon and later I cancelled.

4.22pm, ANK a pinoy pax of a guy with 3 ladies with their toddlers and 2 kids at Bangsar Village I. At the mall lobby, suddenly this fat chubby guy just went to the front seat and playing his balls only while I am busy helping those 3 moms with their babies and strollers. Aiyah. Later during dropoff, the ladies thanks me a lot. I sent them to Zeva Residence Seri Kembangan which is wrongly placed by Waze.

I drove straight to Landside KLIA to membangau for at least 3 hours. OTL
It’s seemed my “pachak” gps and network was spoiled again today.

10.10pm, empty handed and frustrated, I drove home. Tomorrow is another day. Insya Allah God willing.

A JUNGLE TRIP

Monday, 5 March 2018.

6.54am, FTM at M city Jln Ampang going to Hutan Lipur Sungai Kanching Rawang. This is high fare trip so I took it even I know it’s no rider return back to the city. At first I thought they were an Arab family due to her name and the indamous M-City. Bit when I saw them then my thoughts were changed to Sri Lanka, which they denied it instantly, “we from Maldives lah uncle!” Oh Maldives I know, I said, it’s beautiful islands country. Then they seemed happy.

Fast forward.

1.02pm, NSH a UPM male Malay student with 5 female classmates waiting at McD Tmn Sri Serdang. I sent them vack to their college.

2.14pm, LEE with 2 Pakistan men and one of them got pregnant lady. Aiyah! I was scared already, she might giving birth inside my cab, then the baby would get a free Grab ride for lifetime, like AirAsia! Haha, she laughed at me one and then the Malaysia wife (I guess) kept screaming with pains all the eay to Sungai Long Medical center.

Then from Sungai Long private hospital, I drove out to Berjaya Times Square. And before I tried to take a short nap,...

3.25pm, SMR an India man with suit and a lady with suitwhich I thought at first his colleague at Hotel Majestic going to KLIA. Yay!

"Membangau" 3 hours at Landside KLIA is not fun at all.

7.35pm, FZL at KLIA2 door2 pillar no 07. 4 adults with a baby going to M3 Residency Taman Melati. At the dropoff, I saw Melati Apartment which I was renting 10 years ago was still there and reminds me of my scandal-mandals. OTL

Sending cik Jnulekasnova this morning at Toyota Plentong service center. I booked the service appointment last MOnday. Note. The previous service (major) was at 1st January 2018 and it now lapsed 20k km already.

8.44am, booking UberXL to McD Pandan next to old Carefour. A Malay driver messaged me and surprisingly he asked me where I am going. Wahlaweh. As an Uber driver I never asked where my rider is going unless it’s a long trip 40++ minutes. Later he said, "minyak dah nak abes lah uncle. And I dont want to go to Pasir Gudang." And surprisingly also, without following the Waze, he drove the Alza straight when approaching the supposed to be uturn thinking that we were going to the new McD Pandan at the Shell Pandan. Aiyah. He said he is a car used dealer with a friend and driving Uber just for killing time. Iya lah tuh.

9.33am, from the McD Pandan going I booked an UberXL back to the Toyota service center. The Chinese driver called my son (who booked the UberXL) and told him that he is taking time to fillup the petrol at BP station. I dont mind. He also asked my son where were heading. We got also the Alza for the return trip. This Chinese guy liked to talk but I was not replying him much. He said he got Toyota INnova also at home and driving INnova for Uber is not worth it. Aiyah.

Dear diary. The total damage to cik Jnulekasnova service today is rm550 minus rm105 (previous coupons) equal to rm445.  The next major service would be on 120k km.

11.10am, JSN 5 chinese secondary school boys rushing from McD at Shell Persiaran Mahkota Cheras with full of french fries and drinks and sending them to SMK BB Sg Long. The 4 boys refused me to unfold the 3rd row seat and they rather squeezing to each other. Before reaching the dropoff location (the school), the boy next to me handed the total fare of rm12 and they said, "kita tada tipu ye uncle." No, I said, but where is my angpow mah? They just laughed and later left going inside the school compound.

Break at Berjaya Times Square while I set the SD and MD to KLIA. 12.36pm already.

Friday prayer at Masjid desa Pahlawan Ampang Hiliran.

No airport ping until 4.30pm, so I am driving off to JB.

After dropoff, from Kota Damansara I drove to KLCC via Jln Subang airport and Federal Highway.

5.47am, SUI and 2 gf at Royal Regent Condom sri Putramas III to KLIA1 and KLIA2. The Vietnam girls gave me extra rm30 for the airport transfer.

Note. During the dropoff at KLIA 1, the Grab apps hang and couldnt do anything. When checked with other drivers, theirs also kaput too.

11.18am, ANU alone at De Centrum Unipark Jln Ikram Uniten Kajang going to MAEPS UPM Serdang.

5.31pm, RSD a Rohingya young man at Supermarkets Wan Lee Heng. He called me to confirm whether I can deliver the canned drinks only, not a person. I said no problem, but later he hopped in the cab. RSD liked to talk and talk about Rohingya, his 12 years of residing in Malaysia and now plan to migrate to Chicago USA. I sent him to UNHCR Jln Bukit Petaling.

6.25pm, GRY 5 pax of chinese men at McD Jln Bukit bintang going to Ploy Work @ Clearwater Jln Changkat Semantan Damansara.

7.38pm, a Malay girl NRS at Bus Stop LRT TItiwangsa. When arrived [edit] I saw 7 (seven) secondary school Malay students waiting near the LRT station escalator and [edited, thanks kay ;) ] she wanted to add one more rider. I said they need to add rm10. Then I parked a bit further up, but later I cancelled.

11.25am, ILA a Malay lady at myFARM parking lot which I followed the Waze and missed it. She looked upset and I sent her to nearby Putrajaya Sentral. She is going to Johor by us and said, “parking Putrajaya Sentral mahal!” Later in the cab, she called a towkey to deliver a lorry full of fertilized soil “tanah” in Batu Pahat. As I see it, she very thrifty. So when I asked her why she chose uberXL that surprised her!

1.29pm, ART 5 Russia pax at The Face Suites to Suria KLCC. The fare was rm5 and he passes me the rm50 note wich I panickedly looking for small change on my wallets and I got them! Phew! But after that, his friend auddenly pssed him the rm10 bill. Aiyah!
