Starting the car engine and Uber apps at 6.58am. The Preve's odometer reads at 83,405km.
Quest for today is to complete 18 trips to get extra rm70.
6.59am, 13min, 4.4km to get RSM at Pasar Taman Nirwana. I arrived, called and waited after 5min I cancelled - no rider show.
TRIP NO. 1 to 3.
7.19am, KSM at Ampang Prima to nearby LRT Ampang. 1.1x surge.
7.29am, MLR at Lorong Bahagia 1 Kampung Pandan Dalam to Jalan Bukit Utama. The Indon cleaner lady has been here for 12 years. Her husband left her alone.
7.54am, ADM at Kyoto Garden to Mesjid Usamah bin Zaid, Wangsa Maju. He wanted to be dropped off outside, but later I went to the mosque to use the toilet.
TRIP NO. 4 to 5.
8.29am, ms LAI at Metro Wangsa Condo to Sunway Velocity Taman Maluri. She waited outside the condo.
8.49am, 3 Banglas, GAZ at Warisan Big View, near kedai mamak Fhatimah going to far far away Tesco Setia Alam. My iphone connected to the car usb plug is not working, drain heavily. Later, GAZ politely gave his smartphone and also the Pineng powerbank for me to recharge my iphone battery. So shameful of me. Huhuhu.
Later, at the Tesco, I bought a new car cigarette lighter charger (RM35) with 4.2A power.
TRIP no. 6 to 10.
10.31am, STV a local Chinese, not bule, at his amoi's house, kiss kiss goodbye. I sent him to far far away Lestari Perdana, Serdang.
11.21am, a Pinoy, CTY at the roundabout of Persiaran Desaminium going to IOI Mall Puchong. She is going to meet her sister.
11.58am, YAN at Affin Bank Puchong on the other side of the Puchong infamous highway, but she cancelled while i was on the way. Kannina.
VVI also did the same - cancelling me. But it's okay, life must go on.
12.28, MAU, an Indon young man at Jalan Bakawali Kampung Bersatu Puchong sending to nearby Caltex Taman Puchong Permai.
12.42pm, MOH at LRT Puchong Prima, but I followed the crazy Waze sending me on the other side of the bus stop. After 5min, I cancelled, later he booked and I accepted again. The young boy a Polytech student complained and complained but after all he said, Uber is better than Grab or Teksi. I send him to Jalan BP 10 Bandar Bukit Puchong.
1.31pm, ADY booking for his Bangla mandor who can speak 4 languages - Bangla, Malay, English and Pakistan. Walahweh. I send him to far far away Taman Lagenda Mas Cheras. We talk and talk a bit about politics, his 10 years working in this country etc.
Break at Petronas Alam Damai. 2.41pm, to fill up ron95 for rm70.02 (31.26lit).
TRIP NO. 11 to 18.
2.42pm, SYD, an Arab lady, at Taman Connaught McD sending to VCR Jalan Galloway Bukit Bintang. She got rm3 promo code.
3.10pm, KMS at Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang. 3 Malay ladies with big big luggages from Johor going to nearby Transtar Jalan Imbi.
3.27pm, PAL from Sydney at Changkat Bukit Bintang going to Double Tree Hotel.
3.50pm, HNG 2 pax of China men at Jalan Damai going to nearby Wisma Central.
4.06pm, VDM at Jalan Perak going to Quatro The Rug Dealers. The Ukraine man with his wife and daughter like to talk with bad English. He read me all the good comments from his Uber apps. Lol. He makes my day.
After drop off I waited and MrDAA booked me but after 5min I cancelled - no rider show.
4.48pm, MOD at Ampang Point McD, 4 pax of young police recruits going to Pulapol Jalan Semarak. The fare was rm5.70, but I asked for rm5 only and they gave me rm6. OTL
SHR at Gurney Heights booked and when I arrived at the guard post, he called to wait outside. After 5min, I cancelled - no rider show.
5.21pm, ALE with his wife (I guess) at City Square (Intermark) sending to nearby The Avare. The lady talks about their son's graduation maybe. At the drop off, ALE couldn't open the right side of the door. We tried everything with the alarm and door buttons, but the door jsut stuck. OTL. So he jumped off with the other door. He paid by cc.
TRIP NO 19 and 20.
5.37pm, the last trip of the day to complete the Quest, RYN with his black purdah wife, at Lorong Thambi 2 hotel. I send them to Chinatown aka Petaling Street. He also asked if I could send them to Genting Highlands tomorrow. I gave him my last price, he will whatsapp me tonight if he agreed.
I set the destination to HOME.
5.56pm, KO 2 pax of Myanmar at Kotaraya but he put the pin inside. Aiyah. I send them to Hotel Pudu Plaza.
Tired already, I turned the apps and go straight HOME sweet HOME.
Today, I managed to complete the Quest with 19 trips in 9hr 47min online. With extra rm70, I am one happy Uber driver today.
Note. Today also, I cancelled 5 trips after waited for 5minutes and got extra rm3.75 (after Uber fee deduction).
