8.19am, SMITH 2 mapren at Menara Jade Tower. I waited 5 minutes for them to wait for the lift. He said the lift got problem. I told him that's not my problem. I sent them to KPJ Tawakkal Specialist Hospital Bandar Baru Sentul via the infamous Jalan Ampang.
