6.21am, JHO 2 pinoy guys at Putri Ria Apartment Megah Ria going to Asrama Pekerja Jalan Cendana 2 Pasir Gudang. At first I thought they were Myanmar.

6.47am, SAM a Nepal girl booked me to send his boyfriend from Jalan Mawar 1. Even she openned the door for his boyfriend who kept yelling at her. When he's inside the cab, I asked him why fight fight with your girlfriend? He just kept quiet. I sent him to his kilang IFFC Pasir Gudang.

7.09am, HAB a Terengganu young guy at Kompleks PUsat Bandar bus terminal but he put the wrong pickup location at the library. Aiyah. After shouting and yelling, I saw him with a big canvas box bag full of kitchen hardware. I sent him to Jalan Helang 7 but he also confused with the house number. I asked him to call his friend.

7.51am, YET 2 Vietnam amoi kilang at the same Jalan Cendana 2, but they were waiting on the other side of the road. Aiyah. I sent the second amoi to old Pasar Masai, but she stopped on the same road of Jalan Ros. She liked to talk and talk in Malay since she worked here for 13 years already. She got husband and kids at home in Vietnam. Here she also got boyfriend (ehem) at Jalan Ros, who's taking care about her. "I wondered why Malay here dont like Vietnamese amois?" she said and looked at me, "I dont like Indon guy always asking for money money money, my friend so many told me lah." At the dropoff, I smiled and said to each of them, "cảm ơn." She looked at me and smiled back. ;P

Breakfast at Restoran Zarahman. My favorite lontong already finished. Aiyah.

8.39am, IYR at Jalan Merak but put a wrong location inside the Balai Polis Masai. Aiyah. She asked me to send her son to work at Malayan Flour Pasir Gudang.

Break at Petron Pasir Gudang to fillup the ron95. Short nap.

9.45am, VIS 3 Indian group with many bags and the same big bag canvas box bag full of kitchen hardware at the same Kompleks PUsat Bandar bus terminal. She called me from the teksi stand, but I asked her to come forward as I dont want to be yelling by the JPs. I sent them to Jalan Kelisa 2, just infront of the Balai Polis. They are from Penang.

10.17am, HAL ping me from the Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan main gate. When arrived he quite blur and approach to my cab and asked me. He said his phone got hanged and I asked him to reboot but later he used his friend's hotspot. Then we talk and talk about the Celcom, Umobile and Maxis line. Also their education sponsorships as they are not supported by PTPTN, only FAMA (father mother). I sent 3 Malay guys to Kompleks Pusat Bandar.

10.52am, NAD an Indon sexy lady wearing short skirt at Restoran Fakhrusy Perjiranan 9. After one round, she came to my cab. At first we just kept quite, then suddenly she told me that she's now alone after separated from her estranged ex-husband. We talk and talk all the way to Maybank Jalan Suria. I told her that money is not everything, but everything needs money. It's better have a lot of money and sick than no money and still sick! Now she just returning home after the night shift and and told me that she stays alone on top of the shoplots and never asked me to come upstair. OTL

11.25am, SUS an Indon lady at the Sakan supermarket put a wrong location at Maybank. But I just waited at Maybank after 2 rounds driving. AT the Johor POrt main entrance, I got upset bcoz needed to come down from the cab and register in the guard house. Later she gave me extra rm1 tip for my trouble.

Off to HOME¹. Dear diary, as expected that this morning all of my 10 completed trips with cheapo fares were in Pasir Gudang area only.

Got ping from the same girl as yesterday, NOR at Persiaran Makmur Kajang sending to Kementerian Kesihatan Parcel E Putrajaya. I accepted the ping later when almost arrived at her house, I cancelled. It's a lesson learned bcoz I dont want to wait for 2 hours at Petronas Cyberjaya without ping.

7.48am, an Indian middle age man at Yayasan Tenaga Nasional Bangunan BB, Uniten, going to KTM Serdang. Before the pickup point, I witnessed an accident (video from my dashcam attached below) whereby a girl who's riding a kapcai suddenly was hit by an incoming car. The Indian guy who apparently working with TNB, just arrived from Ipoh and sent his daughter to her college at Uniten. We talked a bit about the world cup.

Got ping from an Arab guy at One South Serdang Perdana going to Embassy of Yemen. The fare was quite high but it's about 9.6km to pickup which is on the other side of the Plus highway. Aiyah. But when I was just about to leave the KTM, he cancelled. Panda lela lah.

8.21am, an Indon guy who I was afraid a nyonya with non-halal wet groceries at Jalan Pasar Seri Kembangan going to Jalan Damai Perdana 6/1f. He's from Medan.

8.52am, MEI a chubby amoi at Aliran Damai Apartment Jln Damai Perdana, Taman Damai Indah Cheras sending to PPR Pudu Ulu.

9.32am, WAW 2 Malay girls at Asrama Siswi KUPTM Jln 3/91a, Taman Shamelin Perkasa Cheras going to LRT Pandan Jaya busstop. They said to each that they were too early to go out.

Its only a walking distance! But the amoi manyak langsi and told me to go inside the busstop like other drivers which is very far and needed to drive one more round. She looked quite upset I drove her there at the “BUS ONLY” lanes. Charcheebye lah. Hopefully I wouldn’t get banned regarding this issue! So I wrote a report to Grab.

12.19pm, YY a chinese penang family at Swiss Garden Jalan Galloway going to Sin Kee restaurant Jalan Tun Sambanthan. I told them about Grabpay promotion.

12.36pm, ZIQ a Malay girl at nearby Menara Kembar Bank Rakyat going to Nu Sentral. She texted me whether my cab can fit with 6 “kechik2” which I thought were kids. When they hopped in, I told that next time please tell the driver about “aunties with kechik size ye”. They laighed only.

8.15pm, ABIGAIL C at Paradigm Mall wanted to go to JB City Square. But when arrived and been waiting for 7 min, no rider show, so I cancelled.

8.33pm, SYA 2 Malay boys at Angsana Mall going to Jalan Bunga Cempaka, Kampung Dato Sulaiman Menteri. The road going to the house is narrow.

9.09pm, HAF 3 Malay students (2 boys and a girl) at Sekolah Menengah Agama al Quran Waddin, Stulang Baru going to Giant Plentong. At first the first boy wanted to stop and drop at nearby Kampung Melayu Majidee. I dont mind. But later when I arrived at the Giant Plentong, the girl wanted to drop at her house at Jalan Seroja 14 which is about 1km away. Then the thing became ugly as the second boy wanted to go home at 3.7km away at Jalan Saujana 1/3. I directly told him that it's a cheating to the driver, but I reluctantly with heavy heart sending him home since I know they are just students and it's still hariraya mood. But I still kept telling him that the way they order grab is not right. Later, at his house during the dropoff, when asked I just told him to pay the original price even the final destination is far away. But I reckoned he felt guilty too and willing to pay extra for his mistake.

Break for lunch at Damai corner. Headache again, took a short nap.

1.30pm, pickup the Arab family as promised yesterday from Berjaya Times square to the airport. MJD translated many questions from his dad, ie "how is Mahathir doing now?" "Malaysia no need visa to UK bcoz of commonwealth country?" "what are commonwealth countries?" "what happened airplane MH370 in 2014?"

Note: Later I found out that Nationals of the following 10 countries don't need a visa, unless they are staying in the UK for longer than six months: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong (SAR), Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea and the USA. Also, With the UK free-visa endorsement, it means that citizens of commonwealth countries do not require visas to enter the United Kingdom. The endorsement covers commonwealth citizens for a period of 6 months.

2.37pm, arriving Landside, left the handphone in the cab under the direct burning sunlight to go to surau to pray and nion nap. I got the bad headache already due to the flu and overslept for more than an hour. When I woke up, I got the messages that I was out of queue already. Lajiao lah. Apparently, the handphones were overheated inside the cab and exited all the apps. Its been 2 hours and I couldn’t wait for another 4 hours to get the airport job.

So I quit and drove to Cyberjaya.

6.42pm, ELN at IOI City Mall Lebuh IRC wanted to go to UiTM Dengkil with quite high price. I accepted and soon she texted me asking whether I could take 8 person. I said sorry, 6 person only. Then she cancelled. Next time I should ask for extra rm10 maybe.

We talked and talked and later she told me that Grab is givinng a promotion on using Grabpay. Instead of normal rm12, they can pay only rm4 if they use credit card. Wahlaweh. That’s what I received the Grabpay Promotional campaign on my notification just now. Untungla.

3.11pm, MAJ an Arab 5 pax family at the same LV enteance Suria KLCC going to Starhill Gallery to find Khushi Spice restaurants. When they hopped in, we greeted each other and he quite impressed with my pronunciation of Arabic words. OTL. Later he wanted me to send them to the airport tomorrow. I gave the price and they will contact me later. “I dont want to give 25% to Grab, I want to pay you!” he said. Okay, we’ll see tomorrow how.

3.33pm, MAB a Belgium family at Sports Direct Bukit Bintang going to Mytown shopping mall. They spoke French and later they told they were originally from Morroco. “Ah!” I said, “maghribi ya habibi!” They laughed and laughed.

9.00pm, MAL and her partner at The Royale Chulan hotel going to Mandarina Court Taman Alam Damai Cheras. I can smell they were drunk and talked outloud to each other. At the Hang Tuah LRT Station when I exited into the flyiver, he screamed at me to use the Jalan Maharajalela and Jalan Klang Lama. I told him that I followed Waze and felt threatened I asked what he wanted me to do then. “Okayla, just follow whatever you want,” he looked me, “I also wanted to see where you are going.” Later when passing thru Bandar Permaisuri suddenly the lady at the back also screamed in drunk mode! So I told them if they want to stop by anywhere please let me know earlier. I know you guys are drunk, I begged, but please dont kill me! The uncle calmed me down and asked me to keep driving. Later then we talked and talked about Najib and Rosmah and Imelda Marcos. “Your English is very good, what was your profession?” the guy asked me.

9.34pm, a Chinese guy at Jalan 1/118 Desa Tun Razak going to Jalan SR 36 Taman Serdang Raya. He’s sleeping at the back with loud snoring. At the dropoff, when I checked I saw his earplug phone was le behind, so I called him back.

Later at the dropoff, he gave me rm12 tips. Okaylah. Note. At the gated parking of Batu Caves, I saw this one apek was hit by the parking gutted auto-gate. Aiyah!

Two fake ping... from Prissilia Flat Taman Nirwana and Emy Emy at Giant Spectrum Ampang. It’s okay, no rejeki.

6.02pm, YUA an Indon Medan family at flat Jln Cahaya 14 going to far far away in the jungle of Jln Bukit Ledang, Bukit Damansara.

6.40pm, SAN an India expat family at Gaya Bangsar condom going to Suria KLCC. They're talking about Jalan Bukit Bintang, the meaning of "jalan" and "bukit", and how many floors of the Petronas Towers, and the other guy who have been staying longer in the country said, "one hundred". I laughed only inside my heart.

7.16pm, SHA an Indon Bukittingi family at Jln Chow Kit going to Masjid Jamek KL. We talked and talked about Langkawi vs Bali and Gunung Berastangi. Tomorrow they'll fly to Langkawi which they already booked last year and later return back to Genting before leaving to Indon. Nowadays, he said, it's easier to fly with Air Asia.

7.07pm, VAT an Indon family at UM Specialist center main lobby sending to Ansa hotel KL. They asked me the fare going to Genting and Bandara (airport).

7.50pm, KHC ping me from nearby Jln Inai but the traffic jam was bad. I sent them to Citin Hotel Pudu Sentral. The amoi (tourist guide) sat next to me while the 5 golden girls at the back. Later I reckoned they are all Vietnamese including the amoi.

Later I reckoned that it’s the new immigration office for myRC. He booked me on Grabcar Plus with 5 person, so when he told me and I asked him to add an extra rm10 hesitantly he agreed.

8.44am, ANIS? a group of 4 Bangla workers with construction tools in gunnies at Lorong Hanim Jln Klang Lama sending to Jln Mutiara Barat 2 near Taman Connaught.

9.11am, AUS a Rohingya family at far away Jalan Palong Taman Miharja going to the same Immigration office Tower 5 Bangsar south to apply for their new myRC.

3.26pm, HIC a local guy at alNoor kedai mamak Taman Bukit Chedang going to Terminal 1 Seremban. This guy liked to talk and talk as he is also part time Grab driver too. Now he is on off duty as he’s working as istana chef in Brunei. He also storied moried about Prince Mateen son of Sultan Brunei who liked to eat local burger at the wee hour ie 3am in the morning.

4.01pm I picked up the 2 Banglas after he called me many times as their meeting already done. I sent them back to Mydin USJ.

6.11pm, JAS at Sunway Lagoon (not Sunway Pyramid as he put a wrong pickup location) going to Bistari Condom, Off Jln Putra Chow Kit. 6 adults and 2 kids, and the India expat said he is working here. Later he just followed me as I convinced him that the Bukit Tunku windy road is no traffic.

Dear diary, starting today, I tried not to mention race, but some nationalities only. Racism is no good.

6.25am, PNC sending a couple from Jln Rimbun to Senai airport.

7.05am, MAJ a minah kilang at Jln Senai Jaya 6 sending to Flextronics Technology Senai. This is a high price job.

After dropping MAJ, got ping from YUL an Indon at nearby Petronas Toll Skudai. The fare is rm53 and when I checked the distance to Jalan Jaya 4 Taman Pontian Jaya was 50km! Aiyah, sure no rider back to the city. I cancelled and then she ping again and I accepted by hoping she would call me and we can make a "tepi longkang" deal. But after waiting for 7 minutes, I cancelled for the second time. No rejeki, I said to my heart only.

7.42am, KRI a lady at Jln Panglima 1 Taman Dewani going to Kuil Sri Muniswarar Tampoi. She asked me to stop at Petronas gas station instead, as I am also to fill up the gas.

At the Petronas Tampoi, as I wanted to use the toilet, I got ping from Tune Hotel Dangabay going to Forest City with RM39 fare + rm10 bonus. I ignored it and later I regretted it. Demm.

8.29am, ALA at nearby Poliklinik Rozikin going to BSN Masai Jln Suria 7. She complained that it’s hard to find Grabcar driver this morning as she’s waiting for 30 minutes. I asked the pity Malay chubby lady to hail the teksi by the roadside but she said, “malaslah nak jalan kuar!” See my dear diary, Grab already made some people spoiled and so lazy to exercise a short distance more by getting fat and fatter.

8.39am, JAT a Chinese amoi at Redwood factory Jln Bukit sending to far far away Lake View suites guardhouse, Austin Perdana.

9.02am, NIE at Jln Sagu 2 Taman Daya going to KSL D’Secret Garden Kempas Indah.

With his rusted teeth I reckoned that he is surely a Myanmar! His Malay is not good and he said also that no Malay working in the noodles restaurant as all of the workers are Myanmar and Chinese. I sent the guy to Bandar Permas Jaya.

While waiting at BHP Permas Jaya, a Malay guy who just used the toilet, wanted to send him to far far away Kg Pasir Putih Pasir Gudang with no money. I said no. Later after pumping up all the tyres, I saw this guy walking infront of me with cigarettes on his fingers. Aiyah! I should've regretted myself if I agreed to send him just now.

Okay lah dear diary, after almost 9 hours of driving today, I completed 16 Grabcar jobs. And only one Mycar joob. Although all of the trips are Grabcar economy, I think the fare is good compare if I'm driving myCar only here in JB.

But since his destination was going to be very far (Best Western Hotel PJ, rm43) I just drove to him. And during this bumper to bumper situation, I was hit by a jilake Waja driver who wanted to cross from middle lane to the right side (infront of the toy store). I confronted him but he adamant that he's not guilty and put the blame on me. Kontol lah. Later, I just let it go as he also gotten scratches on his bumper. And minutes later KAM as expected also cancelled this trip. Panda lela lah.

4.38pm, RA1 6 Banglas inside a jungle of Selekoh Tunku KL going to Jalan Manis Taman Segar. The traffic congestion was very very bad, especially on Jln Loke Yew (according to him is going to be smooth) up until Taman Segar. We talked and talked about Bangladesh President and corrupt lady Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wazed, Bangladesh infrastructure (water and powerline), etc. He also complained that the previous driver who accepted the job cancelled it bcoz he (the driver) didnt want to pickup dirty and smelly Banglas. Aiyah. After 2 hours stuck on the traffic jam, and almost 7.10pm, they wanted to jumped off from the cab.

6.13am, ARI ping at Hotel Jalan Desa Ampang. In fact, they’re waiting at house no 316 near the madrasah al falah (surau). There was still dark and I drove to the surau, I didn’t see anybody there. So I drove back to the hotel where the ping was and also nobody. So I came back to the surau. Then he said they’re waiting at the padang. Aiyah! So I asked them to come to the surau. Later I sent 5 Indons (2 ladies 3 young men) to Indon Embassy Jln Tun Razak.

7.55am, RARE DIAMOND (lah sangat) at far away G Residence Desa Pandan wanted to go to Oakwood hotel Ampang and Fahrenheit 88 Bukit Bintang. For the next 5 minutes he texted me to rush. I told him I cannot fly. Then he kept asking me, “where are you?” I told him/her many times yo check my live location on the apps. About 2 minutes to the pickup location then I cancelled. Then he ping again, but I just ignored him/her.

10.15am, booking Grab (LKS) from HOME to Klinik Mutiara. RM5 on Proton Pesona.

11.06am, OJJ accepted my booking from the klinik to Suria KLCC. But when I checked the pickup location was wrong and I cancelled and rebooked again. OJJ accepted it again since he’s already nearby. RM13 on Perodua Axia.

Fast forward.

5.49pm, KAR a pinoy lady at Rose Apartment going to Permai Court 2 Tmn Dato Ahmad Razali Ampang. Turned off the grab set destination as the traffic congestion was very bad going into the mrr2. So I drove along Jalan Ampang. Then at the infamous Ampang Park traffic light junction, the traffic is getting worst as usual during the rush hour.

7.22pm, breaking the fasting.

8.24pm, PHU a Singapore chinese family at main entrance Avenue K sending to nearby Impiana Hotel KLCC.

8.36pm, AJJ 6 Malay young girls and guys at the wrong location Sunway Putra sending to Kolej Unikop Taman Koperasi Polis Batu Caves.

9.38pm, YSA 5 pinoy ladies and shemales at Sri Putramas Condom Block C going to Hot Club Crystal Ville Desa Sri Hartamas.

Started at 7.07am.

7.12am, TES at her house at Jalan Baginda, 5.22km 9 minutes to pickup. I sent the young chubby Malay lady to MRT Kajang. When near the Kajang town, she showed me the less congested road.

7.51am, AZA ping me at the same MRT Kajang station. Suddenly to my surprise, an Indian lady hopped in the cab. When asked who is Azlan Ali, she kept saying “mansoor mansoor”, so I shooed her away. Later AZA told me that the rider is his wife. Aiyah! Due to the bus honking on my back bcoz I was parked on his lot, I just cancelled the job.

9.30am, CWE a nyonya with 4 indon ladies at Jln Durian 1 Taman Cheras going to nearby 7-11 Taman Seri Bahtera.

9.48am, MCN 6 Myanmar at Pandan Perdana. I sent the sober men whom I can smell the beer from their stinky mouths to Sri Desa Entrepreneur Kuchai Lama. I asked one of them, “are you drunk?”

10.31am, YAS ping me from UNHCR going to Ayers Tower Kosas. She texted me whether my cab can fit 6 person. I replied yes. But when arrived at the pickup point, actually they were 7 adults and 1 small girl. I was upset as she not telling the truth!

12.52pm, a chinese guy alone at Pavilion Bukit Bintang entrance sending to far far away Empire Subang. He’s paying by grabpay. Dear diary, sometimes I just don’t bother to send a person riding on 6-seater as they already knew the more expensive fare price.

5.06pm, MIA a Malay lady not at HUKM main lobby, but she’s running to my cab. She with her wheelchaired MIL and a small daughter and baby boy going to flat Desa Tun Razak.

8.36pm, RIA an Indon maid at Desiran Jln Bandar Kinrara 5 sending to Jln OP 2 Bandar Puchong Jaya. She storied moried that the Chinese majikan just got domestic crisis as the wife asking her to stay and sleep with her and their 2 kids in the Sunway hotel. Aiyah.
